Staff Awards
Across our group of companies, we know we have amazing staff who do fantastic work across all areas of our group.
As a group, we are committed to recognising those fantastic members of staff who come to work and do the best they can do each and every day.
Across Optimum Care, Optimum Nurse, MD Healthcare and Domestic Care our group values are important to us and send a clear message to our residents, clients, families, and carers about the care and support they should expect from us, and how this should be delivered. These values and how we treat others are as important as the care, treatment or support which we deliver to our clients and residents.

Quarterly Awards
Each quarter we will be awarding 3 award winners and 3 runner-ups throughout our group to staff who embody our group values and show dedication to their jobs each and every day.
Nominations are open to staff members, residents/clients and their families to put forward someone they feel deserves this award.
Terms & Conditions:
- Awards are inclusive of all job roles.
- Nominations are open two weeks per quarter.
- Winner and Runner up of each area are picked by senior management based on the content of nominations made.
- To make it fair, Winners and Runner Ups of 1 quarter will not be considered to win the following quarter but will be considered thereafter.

Any clients/residents in receipt of our health & social care services througout the group.
Family of Client/Resident
Family of Client/Resident
The family members of our current clients/residents who come into contact with our staff.
Visiting Professional
Visiting Professional
External Healthcare Professionals who come into contact with our staff whilst doing their job.
